A different objective

Run for a result, not for PACE

Fortune is unlocked in Expert. It is selected before the run and remains locked until the run ends.

A Fortune run produces no PACE. Instead, every valid minute builds PULSE Charge. The final amount determines whether a Sport Bag is earned and which level it reaches.

One run · one output

Choose before moving

Cadence and Fortune use the same Energy, but pursue different rewards. A run can never produce both.

The real limit

No Fortune cap. Only Energy.

PULSE Charge keeps accumulating for as long as the player has Energy and the movement is eligible.

Energy availableCharge continues

Every counted minute spends 0.2 Energy and contributes to the run.

Energy exhaustedCharge stops

The run may continue, but no additional PULSE Charge or game distance is recorded.

PACE daily capNo effect

Fortune does not produce PACE, so the PACE cap never stops its score.

Live during the run

Know what comes next

The control screen shows current PULSE Charge, available daily Energy and the next Sport Bag threshold in real time. The “Daily Cap” indicator refers to Energy — it is not a cap on Fortune score.

Every minute is measured

Energy spent is not always Charge earned

Each counted minute spends the full 0.2 Energy. Movement inside the Shoe's speed range converts all of it into charge Energy. Outside that range, the same Energy is spent but only part of it contributes to the score.

How the result is built

PULSE Charge

4.7 × √ Fortune × Charge Energy × Modifiers

The square root keeps attribute growth valuable without allowing raw points to overwhelm Energy and movement. Energy remains linear: twice the eligible Energy creates twice the base score.

All bonuses and penalties are combined once at the end of the run. Shoe type, the Expert earning coefficient and durability do not multiply the Fortune score.

A practical example

The same Energy can lead to a different Bag

A Shoe with 400 total Fortune spends 4 Energy during a twenty-minute run. Only its average movement quality changes.

A free Sport Bag slot is required before starting a Fortune run. Expert players have four slots, and at least one must be available to receive the Bag earned at the finish.

What the player controls

A higher Bag begins before the run

01Develop Fortune

Allocate points and train Fortune Pods.

02Protect the result

Prepare for weather, injury, wear and bad events.

03Stay in range

Convert more of every Energy point into Charge.

04Commit Energy

Longer eligible runs create proportionally more score.
